Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What is the difference between fresh and frozen meals?

(FAQs)

Fresh Meals: You can keep fresh meals in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Frozen Meals: Meals that are frozen can stay good in the freezer for up to 3 months. But the sooner you finish your meals, the better. We got weekly meals, so you can order your favourites again.

Our meals come in different sizes, depending on the dish. We use containers between 750ml and 1000ml.

First, defrost your frozen meal in the fridge overnight. Then, reheat it in the microwave for up to 5 minutes, checking and stirring every minute.

Fresh Meals: Fresh meals are super convenient. No need to defrost—just heat them up in the microwave or on the stove, and they’re ready to eat! Plus, if you want, you can freeze them for later. Fresh meals are perfect for when you need something quick and easy. Most of our clients prefer this option too.

Frozen Meals: Frozen meals need a bit more planning. You should defrost them in the fridge the night before for the best taste. They can stay in the freezer for up to three months, making them great for stocking up. Just be patient and you'll have a tasty meal ready when you need it.
